The projector seemed to heat up video card, thus frying the motherboards. After struggling with the strange docking software and  hearing my voice recordings with an annoying hiss, I realize I&#039;m going to have to check out a different model.  Olympus has a  <a href="http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_section/cpg_vr_digitalrecorders.asp" target="_blank" >few models</a> I&#039;m interested in trying out.]]></content>

		<title>Capacitor Failures</title>

After opening the boxes, I found that the fans were still working but an orangish-brown substance had appeared on top of the capacitors on the motherboard.  I think that means the mobos are fried.
